My Hero (2009)

It was my first experiment with "silent" visual storytelling, and definitely planted the seed that would sprout as Tellurion 8 years later.
The original idea came from frustration over being asked to design "iconic" characters that never change. It made me think of how great it would be to see a character like Mario that looks completely different at the end of his epic journey (an idea that made it into Tellurion as well).
